Privacy and call recording

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or book a load, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email, phone number and the details of the load.

How we use it

We use it to price and move your freight, to contact you about your loads, and to set you up as a customer. We share load details only with the carrier hauling the load and the people who need them to move it. We do not sell your information.

Call recording

Calls to (302) 592-6152 may be answered by an automated phone assistant and may be recorded so we get your load details right. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or email dispatch@basecarriers.com instead.

Text messages

If you ask us to text you a quote or load updates, we text the number you give us. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
