Email book@basecarriers.com or call dispatch at (302) 592-6152 and ask for our carrier packet. We check your FMCSA authority and insurance before your first load. Send your certificate of insurance to safety@basecarriers.com. New carriers start with one load. Port loads need a TWIC card.
